Return Policy

Overview

All returns and exchanges must be made (or requested) within 15 days of your order date.

Blackwall Studios, LLC. accepts returns on the following items:

  1. A product that arrived damaged (we must have suitable evidence of damage, including packaging, that proves such).
  2. Unopened media (Media must be in original, unopened packaging).
  3. Unworn clothing and accessories (clothing and accessories must be fit for resale i.e. unused, unwashed, tags still present, etc.).
  4. Open, defective media can only be exchanged for the same title.
  5. Open electronics such as headphones and watches are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Once your order ships, we will do our best to keep you updated on the product. If your shipment is lost, we will not be able to offer a refund. In the event that your shipment is returned to us undeliverable, we will charge you to resend it or we will issue you a one-time use store credit for the value of the goods ordered at that time ONLY.

Blackwall Studios LLC. uses a network of merchandise providers. This may result in longer wait-for-fulfilment times for certain products, which is outside of our control. You may not cancel your order because it’s “taking too long”. We can, however, provide detailed updates from our providers on what stage of the process your order is in. Return Reasons Explained

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our merchandise facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our merchandise facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
